HSIEH PEI-TING
Pei-Ting Hsieh's work explores the extensions of contemporary experience and the existential inquiries of life. In recent years, she has focused on the human pursuit of self-identity, spirituality, and the sublime—particularly how these ideas collide with the advancements of artificial intelligence and digital technology, revealing tensions, absurdities, and thought-provoking contradictions.
Her work has been selected for the Kaohsiung Award (2023) and the Jury Award at the Contemporary One-Year Exhibition (2022, 2023). She was also awarded First Prize at the Department Exhibition of the New Media Art Department, Taipei National University of the Arts (2022).
She has participated in exhibitions at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, the 2024 Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, Austria, 241 Art Space in Hsinchu, and Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB).
Education
畢業於國立台灣藝術大學美術學系。現就讀於國立台北藝術大學新媒體藝術研究所。
